Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting @lotifysupport or support@lotify.me.

When you visit lotify.me, we collect standard log information:

Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and the date/time of access.

Usage Data: How you interact with our website to improve our frontend performance.

2. How and Why We Use Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

To provide our Services: Delivering instant marketplace alerts to your Telegram.

To manage your subscription: Handling Pro, Pro Max, and Enterprise account limits.

Affiliate Tracking: Managing the Lotify Affiliate Program and calculating your 5% commission.

Support: Providing technical assistance when requested.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell our users’ private personal information.

Telegram: Since our service is hosted on Telegram, your data is processed through their infrastructure.

Marketplaces: We monitor sites like eBay, OLX, and Facebook, but we do not share your personal Lotify profile with them.

Legal Requests: We may disclose information if required by a court order or legal process in Ukraine.

4. Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. We retain your search data as long as your account is active. If you stop the bot and remain inactive, your data is eventually purged from our active databases.
