1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing lotify.me or using the Lotify Telegram Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. The Service

Lotify is a monitoring tool that provides real-time notifications for listings on third-party marketplaces (eBay, FB Marketplace, OLX, etc.).

Telegram Dependent: You must have a Telegram account to use the Service.

“As-Is” Basis: While we strive for instant delivery, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or the accuracy of third-party listings.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.

Paid Plans: Pro, Pro Max, and Enterprise plans offer increased alert limits and priority support.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless the service is demonstrably non-functional for an extended period.

4. Lotify Affiliate Program

Commission: You earn a flat 5% commission on every paid subscription sale made through your referral link.

Restrictions: No self-referrals or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The Lotify name, logo, software code (Go-based), and all website content are the property of Lotify. You may not reverse engineer the bot or scrape our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lotify is not responsible for the outcome of any deals you make on third-party marketplaces. We provide the information about the listing. The transaction is solely between you and the seller. In no event shall Lotify be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
